After talking to Bruce about his favourite being Mistletoe & Wine by Sir Cliff Richard I thought about my own fave and wondered who else had one. Mine is - I wish it could be Xmas everyday by Roy Wood and Wizard

Actually, I prefer A Fairytale Of New York by The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl. Cracking song ;D

Bohiemien rhapsody. the best ;D Then it would have to be Westlife, or Spice Girls

I've never really thought of Bohemian Rhapsody as a Christmas tune...
Forgot all about the Spice Girls! Got a near life size Scary Spice cut out as a leaving card when I moved on from 3Com 8 years ago (had to carry it home through central Edinburgh then onto the bus) ;D

Is it favourite Christmas song or Christmas number one?

Alec said "Favourite Christmas No 1" but I don't see "Favourite Christmas Song" doing any harm Laura. After all, it'll be as on-topic as most of the other threads on this forum (sack the mods!)

It's just that Fairytale of New York only made it to number two, else it'd have been my favourite Christmas number one.

Like I said, it's a cracking song so I reckon we should go with "Favourite Xmas No 1 (and those that should have made it)".
Do you reckon that covers it? ;D

Yes Bruce ! just ignore the quetion asked in the thread . My choice in Bohiemian rhapsody was christmas number 1 twice, so i think that counts.

I hate to be non-contentious, but [glow=red,2,300]Fairytale of New York[/glow] is officially the best christmas track [glow=red,2,300]ever[/glow].......and quoting my old mate Forrest Gump "That's all I have to say 'bout that!!

If you put it that way ,then it has to be The Lords Prayer by Sir Cliff
